Yours truly shooting a CAA Roni / Glock 19 combo. The ABS shell really shields the heat very effectively, only the muzzle and ejection port get hot. The takeaway from this whole thing is that guns get only mildly warm when shooting a few rounds, and does take about 30-40 rounds for them to get too hot to touch the barrel. Cooldown is about 10-20 degrees every minute.
